AUSTIN, TX - The Austin Wranglers, Xbox and AM 1300 The Zone are teaming up to host an EA Sports Arena Football tournament at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 27 at Fox and Hound, located at 401 Guadalupe in downtown Austin.
The tournament will feature Wrangler players, local sports personalities and 10 lucky fans battling each other on the Xbox version of EA Sports Arena Football. Fans can go to The Zone's website at am1300thezone.com to register for the tournament.
Everyone is invited to come for free play of the game with other Wrangler players not participating in the tournament or just to check out the spirited tournament action on the popular new game that brings the "All Fun League" to your living room.
From two-way Ironmen to high-scoring, aerial shows to the fireworks and rock-concert atmosphere, if it's in the AFL, it's in the game. You have seen the Wranglers wreak havoc on opponents along the boards, and here's your chance to take the field against them.
Kevin Dunn and Chad Hastings from The Zone's Afternoon Show will broadcast live from Fox and Hound, beginning at 4 p.m.
