Arkansas RimRockers to hold tryout camp

Little Rock, AR. Joe Harge, Arkansas RimRockers' head coach today announced tryouts for the professional basketball team to be held June 25-27. The RimRockers will accept the first 200 players so athletes are encouraged to pre-register by calling (501) 975-HOOP. The tryout fee is $150 which includes an official tryout jersey and lunch both days of camp. Official registration will be held Friday, June 25 from 6-8PM at P.A.R.K.'s Court of Dreams, 6915 Geyer Springs Road in Little Rock.

Athletes will be selected by head coach Joe Harge, who played for the Indiana Pacers and Denver Nuggets prior to coaching at UALR and by Otis Birdsong, the four-time all-NBA All Star. Harge stated, "We will be looking not only for players who are highly skilled, but who are good people as well. And obviously, we are eager to find great area players who will be well-recognized by our fans."
