
Aquino Activated from the Disabled List

Blue Wahoos outfielder and Southern League All-Star Aristides Aquino has been activated from the disabled list. He is the Wahoos leader in home runs with eight. He's hitting .242 with 21 RBIs. Aquino was placed on the disabled list on June 6 with a knee injury.
In a corresponding move, OF Daniel Sweet and been transferred to Hi-A Daytona. The switch-hitting outfielder hit .143 with four stolen bases in 29 games with Pensacola since joining the team on May 9.
Aquino is in the lineup for the Blue Wahoos in tonight's series opener against the Mobile BayBears.
