'Ants Tryout This Sunday

Tupelo FireAnts News Release


The Tupelo FireAnts will conduct their second open tryout of the off-season this Sunday, September 21st, at Robbins Field in Tupelo, located at the corner of Jackson and Church Streets.

The FireAnts, under the direction of Head Coach Bobby Hall, are looking for talented local athletes to help fill their 2004 National Indoor Football League roster.

Registration will take place promptly at 1:00pm, with camp getting underway at 2:00pm.

Interested participants must be ages 18 or older, and will need to bring running shoes, cleats and workout clothing appropriate for the weather. The cost is $50 and includes a Tupelo FireAnts T-Shirt and two tickets to the 2004 home opener at the BancorpSouth Center in Tupelo.
