Another Warrior Headed to CCHA

Michigan Warriors News Release


The Michigan Warriors are proud to announce that Forward Justin Hoomaian is joining Goaltender Robert Tadazak and Defenseman Michael Szuma and Kevin Killian as college commitments.

Hoomaian will join the roster of newly appointed Head Coach Tom Anastos at Michigan State University for the 2011-12 hockey season. The Warriors forward joins Michael Szuma, University of Michigan as Warriors who will play in the CCHA.

Tadazak has signed a commitment to continue his hockey career at the United States Military Academy at West Point, and earlier today Killian committed to play at D-III Lawrence University in Appleton Wisconsin.

Head Coach Moe Mantha says "that the Warriors Organization is extremely proud and happy for Justin. He was dedicated to the team and contributed to the team's success on and off the ice during his time in Flint, and he is very deserving of this opportunity to continue his education and hockey career. As an organization the Michigan Warriors are pleased that we can develop and help our players continue to advance their hockey careers to the next level".

Justin Hoomaian commented that he was "excited for the opportunity I have been given and am so thankful to the Warriors organization and coaching staff to help me get this chance to play hockey at Michigan State University".
