Another Four Errors, Another Loss for Rogues

Medford Rogues News Release
MEDFORD, Ore. - It was another frustrating loss for the Rogues, who committed four errors and failed to score with the bases loaded and nobody out in the fourth inning.
Medford native and Great West League Player of the Week Cole Carder (University of Antelope Valley) was responsible for both runs scored. His RBI single in the eighth scored Riley Kasper (Saddleback College), and he then came home on a throwing error by right fielder Joe Morin.
The Rogues spoil another excellent start by pitcher Tanner Simpson (Lewis-Clark State), who struck out six and allowed just a solo home run in five innings of work.
The Rogues will have the day off tomorrow before embarking on an important six-game California road trip. They will face off against the top two teams in the Great West League, the Lincoln Potters and the Chico Heat.
