Annual Thunder jersey auction set for Sunday's game

ST. PAUL, Minn. (Friday, August 18, 2006) - The Minnesota Thunder has announced that the annual Thunder player jersey auction will take place at Sunday's game, August 20 vs. the Puerto Rico Islanders at 5:05 p.m. at James Griffin Stadium. The annual jersey auction gives fans the opportunity to own their favorite Thunder player's game-worn jersey at the conclusion of the season.
The bidding will start when the gates open at 4 p.m. and will run through halftime of the match. Winners of the auction will receive their jersey in the mail once the season is complete.
