
American Hockey League Announces Suspension

SPRINGFIELD, Mass. ... The American Hockey League today announced that San Antonio Rampage defenseman Shane O'Brien has been suspended for one game as a consequence of a boarding incident in Game 1 of their Western Conference quarterfinal playoff series at Oklahoma City on Apr. 23.
O'Brien was suspended under the provisions of AHL Rule 28.1 (supplementary discipline).
O'Brien will miss Game 2 of the series tonight (Apr. 25) at Oklahoma City.
