 Nashville SC News Release
TAMPA - In the final USL Team of the Week of the regular season, Nashville SC's Brandon Allen was honored for his two goal, one assist performance in SC's playoff clinching week. Allen came off the bench in both of Nashville's draws and despite the lack of minutes, made a huge impact.
Nashville secured two results in the final week of the season, a 2-2 draw against Toronto FC II and a thrilling 3-3 tie in the finale against FC Cincinnati. In just 54 minutes combined in the two games, Allen was a force, scoring once in each game, while adding an assist against Toronto.
It's the third Team of the Week honor for Allen, and his second in a Nashville SC uniform. Allen earned the Team of the Week in Week 1 with the Bethlehem Steel FC and then again, while also being named Player of the Week in Week 12 with Nashville.
Allen and the rest of Nashville SC will make the club's playoff debut on Saturday at 3 p.m. CST in Cincinnati in a rematch with FC Cincinnati. Nashville will look to pull off a stunner and upset the Eastern Conference's top seed and the USL's best team.
