Recap: LSU snapped a three-game losing streak last Wednesday against Southeast Louisiana with a 9-1 victory. Simmons scored two runs and drove in 2 RBI in the win.

Recap: Troy swept a double header against Louisiana Munroe last weekend. Day went 2-8 with one run and two RBI and tied the first game in the top of the seventh inning with a sacrifice fly that allowed the Trojans the opportunity to win in extra innings.

Emily Messer, UT, South Alabama

Last Game: 0-3, 2 R, 1 BB, 1 SB in 7-3 win over Texas-Arlington on 4/10.

Recap: South Alabama swept three games from Texas-Arlington last weekend. Messer scored at least one run and drew one walk in each of the three games.

Hannah Perryman, P, Missouri-St. Louis

Recap: Missouri-St. Louis swept consecutive double headers last week in which Perryman earned the win in all four games. Perryman threw a complete game 12 inning 1-0 victory on April 10 in which she struck out 23 hitters.
