
AHL Announces Suspension

SPRINGFIELD, Mass. ... The American Hockey League today announced that Manitoba Moose forward Aaron Volpattihas been suspended for one (1) game as a result of his actions in a game vs. Hamilton on Apr. 19.
Volpatti was assessed an instigator penalty within the final five minutes of the third period, resulting in an automatic one-game suspension under AHL Rule 47.21.
Volpatti will miss Wednesday's Game 4 of the North Division semifinal playoff series between the teams.
