TRIPLE CROWN: Colorados OS DAMIAN HARRELL currently leads the AFL with 147 receptions, 1,849 receiving yards, and 55 receiving touchdowns. If he finishes the season leading all three categories, he will become the fourth player to win the "Receiving Triple Crown" joining EDDIE BROWN, CALVIN SCHEXNAYDER, and KEVIN SWAYNE.
Harrell also has caught at least one touchdown in 64 consecutive games. Brown currently holds the AFL record for most consecutives games with a touchdown with 65.
Additionally, Harrell needs just 141 receiving yards to become the first player in AFL history to record 2,000 receiving yards in a single season.

IRONMAN PACE: Los Angeles Avengers WR/DB KEVIN INGRAM has 102 receptions, 1,264 receiving yards, 32 touchdowns, and five interceptions on the season, exceeding his 2005 production in every category except interceptions through 15 games this season. Last season, Ingram was named U.S. Army Ironman of the Year.

ACTION JACKSON: Georgia Force OS CHRIS JACKSON has put together several streaks over his first 90 career games, including 88 games with at least one touchdown, 87 games with at least one receiving touchdown, 63 games with at least two touchdowns, 40 games with at least three receiving touchdowns, 20 games with at least four receiving touchdowns, 48 100-yard receiving games, and 27 games with over 10 receptions.
WHAT A RUSH: Colorado Crush K CLAY RUSH (117) needs two field goals to pass KENNY STUCKER (118) for fourth on the AFL's all-time list.
LUCKY 13: With a win this week against the New York Dragons, the Dallas Desperados would tie the 2002 San Jose SaberCats (13-1) for most wins in an AFL regular season.
RECORD BREAKERS: Tampa Bay Storm QB SHANE STAFFORD, San Jose SaberCats QB MARK GRIEB, and Dallas Desperados QB CLINT DOLEZEL lead the League in passing with 4,565, 4,543, and 4,417 passing yards, respectively. They all can break Grieb's single-season record of 4,796 set in 2005.
RUSHING THE RECORD BOOK: OL/DL JAMES BARON of the Nashville Kats could move past SYLVESTER BEMBERY on the all-time sacks list this week. Baron needs 1.0 sack to pass Bembery. OL/DL JOE JACOBS of the San Jose SaberCats needs 0.5 sacks to become the fifth player in AFL history to record 40.0 career sacks.

ROOKIE SURPRISE: Austin Wranglers rookie OS DERRICK LEWIS has 1,365 receiving yards this season. San Jose SaberCats rookie WR/LB BEN NELSON has 1,324 receiving yards in ten starts for an average of 132.4 receiving yards per game. Lewis' single-season total ranks second all-time among AFL rookies, while Nelson's total ranks sixth. Lewis needs eight more yards to break the current record held by TROY BERGERON (1,372) set in 2005, while Nelson needs 49 yards. Both players could pass Bergeron this week.
KICKING HARD: Los Angeles Avengers K REMY HAMILTON needs three field goals to break the single-season record of 32 held by DARON ALCORN, which was set in 1999.
BLAZE OF GLORY: Utah Blaze OS SIAHA BURLEY is close to breaking the single-season expansion records for receptions (125) and touchdowns (42), and has already broken the record for receiving yards (1,630). These records were all set in 2001 by OS ROBERT GORDON of the Detroit Fury. Burley currently has 123 receptions, 1,782 yards, and 41 touchdowns, needing three receptions and two touchdowns to break the records.
FORCE OF NATURE: The Georgia Force have tied the current AFL single-season record for interceptions returned for touchdowns this season with seven. They will need one more in Week 16 against Philadelphia to break the record shared by three other teams, most currently the 2003 San Jose SaberCats.
OFFENSIVE SURGE: The San Jose SaberCats need 280 offensive yards to become the first team in AFL history to accumulate 5,000 yards in a single season. The current record is held by the 2005 Las Vegas Gladiators who amassed 4,996 yards.
PASSING THE TORCH: Tampa Bay QB SHANE STAFFORD (15,439) needs 185 yards to pass JAY GRUDEN (15,623), becoming the all-time Storm leader in passing yards.
