SIMPLE MATH
-If Utah wins in Week 20, they will win the West Division, regardless of the outcome of the Arizona game, based on finishing with a better in-division record.
-If Jacksonville wins in Week 20, they will win the South Division based on overall record.
-If Tampa Bay wins in Week 20, they will secure a playoff berth as a wildcard based on overall record.
-The winner of the New Orleans-Georgia game in Week 20 will clinch a playoff berth based on overall record.

-In the event of a two-way tie for second place in the West Division, the San Jose SaberCats hold tiebreakers over both the Arizona Rattlers and Utah Blaze for the #3 seed based on total head-to-head wins against Arizona and point differential in head-to-head games against Utah.
-In the event of a three-way tie for first place in the West Division, the San Jose SaberCats hold the tiebreaker over the Arizona Rattlers and Utah Blaze, based on record in head-to-head games.
-Should a three-way tie occur and the San Jose SaberCats win the West Division, the Arizona Rattlers will hold the Conference Seeding tiebreaker over the Utah Blaze based on point differential in head-to-head games.

AMERICAN CONFERENCE TIEBREAKERS
-In the event of a two-way tie for first place in the South Division between the Jacksonville Sharks and the winner of the Georgia-New Orleans game, both Georgia and New Orleans hold tiebreakers over Jacksonville for the division championship. Georgia holds a head-to-head tiebreaker, while New Orleans would finish with a better in-division record.
-In the event of a three-way tie for first place in the South Division, the division title would go to the winner of the Georgia-New Orleans game. If Georgia wins, the Force would hold the tiebreaker based on total head-to-head victories. If New Orleans wins, the VooDoo would hold the tiebreaker based on in-division record.
-In the event of a two-way tie for second place in the South Division between two 9-9 teams, the tiebreaker would go to the winner of the Georgia-New Orleans game and Tampa Bay would clinch the #4 seed. At 9-9, Georgia would hold the common opponents tiebreaker over Tampa Bay, while New Orleans and Jacksonville hold point differential tiebreakers.
-In the event of a two-way tie for the final playoff spot in the American Conference between two 8-10 teams, New Orleans would hold a tiebreaker over Tampa Bay based on point differential in head-to-head games, while Tampa Bay would hold a tiebreaker over Georgia based on strength of schedule.
-In the event of a three-way tie for the final playoff spot in the American Conference with the Tampa Bay Storm, Cleveland Gladiators and loser of the Georgia-New Orleans game all finishing with 8-10 records, the following scenarios could play out:
-In a three-way tie among New Orleans, Tampa Bay and Cleveland, New Orleans holds the tiebreaker based on combined record against the other two.
-In a three-way tie among Georgia, Tampa Bay and Cleveland, Georgia holds the tiebreaker based on combined record against the other two.
