LAREDO, Texas â The 2004 Arena Football League season on NBC television will debut in Laredo this Sunday as the New Orleans VooDoo visit the Philadelphia Soul. The game will air locally on NBC-KGNS Ch. 8 in Webb County. The Laredo Law begin the 2004 af2 season in April. Call the Law ticket office at (956) 726-GAME (4263) or visit www.laredolaw.com.

VooDoo QB JOHN FITZGERALD plays in his first AFL game since March of last season, when he filled in for Dallas' starting QB Jim Kubiak against Colorado... VooDoo OS AARON BAILEY spent last year with San Jose, rushing seven times for 12 yards and five TDs, and catching 16 passes for 233 yards and two touchdowns... Co-Offensive Player of the Year OS TYRONNE JONES joins the Soul after producing 86 receptions, 989 yards and 20 TDs in Georgia last season... In a trade to Philly, WR/LB GARY COMPTON is reunited with Head Coach MICHAEL TRIGG (Trigg was with him in Dallas, Fort Worth, Milwaukee and Grand Rapids)... Compton also reunited with QB TODD HAMMEL, his teammate in Dallas, Fort Worth and Milwaukee... QB NICK BROWDER will make his debut with Philly after spending last year in Grand Rapids, where he served as backup to CLINT DOLEZEL.
