ProFind, Inc. is pleased to announce they have again partnered with the Cleveland Gladiators of the Arena Football League and D1 Sports Training to host the 2nd annual professional football free agent tryout at D1-Birmingham on Sunday, November 13, 2011. Two tryout participants from last year's tryout received invitations to the Gladiators training camp. Registration will be held from 10-11 am, and the tryout will run from 11 am-3 pm. Tryout testing and measuring will be conducted by D1 personnel, and Gladiators coaches and personnel staff will be on hand to observe and evaluate all participants. Athletes will be tested in a variety of football combine-type drills, including the 40 yard dash, NFL short shuttle, L drill, and vertical jump, as well as individual agility and positional drills. Tryout cost is $80, payable to ProFind, Inc.; payment must be cash, cashier's checks, or money orders only. Prospective players can pre-register by clicking on the pro tryouts page on the www.profindinc.com website, completing and submitting the registration form, and printing, completing, and bringing the waiver form with them to the tryout. Pre-registered athletes will receive a $10 discount. All athletes will receive a ProFind, Inc. tryout T-shirt. The training surface at D1 Birmingham is Fieldturf, so athletes must wear cleats or turf shoes (no track spikes). Athletes should wear loose fitting shorts and T-shirts, and must bring their own water, sports drinks, athletic tape, etc. Please e-mail tryouts@profindinc.com with any questions.
