Aeros, Vermont battle for top spot

Indianapolis, IN. The American Basketball Association (ABA) today released its Power Rankings thru Saturday, January 20th - and the powerful Arkansas Aeros continue to hold their position against the strong Vermont Frost Heaves. According to Brad Hester, ABA VP of Team Operations, "It is getting more difficult every week and the strength of the league leaders is beginning to show. Miami and Quad City jumped to #3 & #4 and after a slow start we're seeing movement from Beijing and Maryland. And we have four teams outside the top 24 that could jump in with one win. This is competitive." The Power Rankings:
