Aces Sign Goaltender Davis Jones from UAF

ANCHORAGE, ALASKA - The Alaska Aces have signed former University of Alaska-Fairbanks goaltender Davis Jones to an amateur tryout agreement.

Aces Head Coach and President of Hockey Operations Rob Murray made the announcement Wednesday.

Davis, 24, just finished up his college eligibility with the Nanooks of the WCHA. His best season was 2014-15 when he went 9-6-1 with a 2.54 goals against average and a save percentage at 90 per cent. His cumulative UAF won-loss record was 24-36-6.

The Aces will take on the Cincinnati Cyclones Friday and Saturday nights at 7:15pm at the Sullivan Arena.
