Aces Game Tonight Canceled

August 5, 2012 - Texas Collegiate League (TCL) - Alexandria Aces News Release

The Alexandria Aces game against the Marshals scheduled for tonight at Bringhurst Field is canceled due to the imposed seating and field restrictions and the threat of weather issues this afternoon.

The Aces will play Monday Night at the Brazos Valley Bombers before facing a very important 3 games in two nights against the Woodlands Strykers.

The Aces return home Thursday Night, August 9th against the Cane Cutters for the City of Pineville's "Pack the Park" Night. The City of Pineville is allowing for FREE ADMISSION for Thursday Night's Game in a push for the 2012 TCL Playoffs.

The Aces final regular season game is Saturday, August 11th against the same Cane Cutters. Kisatchie National Forest and Smokey the Bear is sponsoring Aces Team Photo Night. The first 500 Aces' fans will receive the 2012 Aces Team Photo, courtesy of Kisatchie National Forest.

Saturday August 11th will also be SAVE THE ACES Day at Bringhurst Field, as it could be the final day of seeing the Aces at Bringhurst Field, as Aces' fans know it. Come out and show your support of the Aces and show the City of Alexandria what the Aces and Bringhurst Field mean to you.
