ABA names Vice President of Special Projects

Indianapolis, IN. The American Basketball Association (ABA) today named Jolie Dalton as its Vice President of Special Projects. Ms. Dalton is currently the President and Founder of visABILITY Marketing and Consulting Group and has worked with clients such as New Line Cinema Films, Hidden Beach Recordings (home of Neo-Soul phenom Jill Scott), Roy Jones, Jr., Shemar Moore, Ginuwine, Actress Vivica A. Fox, NBA & NFL athletes and Hip-Hop artists Juvenile, Triple 6 Mafia, Petey Pablo. She was also a co-founder of Alliance International Entertainment and Promotions and for the last three years has promoted a major not-for-profit event called "Stop the Violence Celebrity Round Ball Classic Weekend that includes a Black Tie Gala/concert.

According to Ricardo Richardson, ABA EVP, "Jolie's background is in the entertainment field - and when she gets on a project - she DELIVERS. With the ABA's strong emphasis on entertainment next season, we have lots of great projects perfectly suited for Jolie's talents."

Ms. Dalton added, "I am very pleased to be a part of the ABA. I have a passion for athletics and entertainment and the direction of the ABA is intriguing. My first assignment is a major Labor Day event in Honolulu, Hawaii (not yet officially announced) that will kick off the new ABA team there. And the event is going to be a prelude of things to come in the ABA."
