Indianapolis, IN. Joe Newman, ABA CEO, today announced that the professional basketball league has agreed to participate with P2 Wear, an Egyptian sportswear brand, to set up a streetball tournament in Cairo, Egypt from July 15-17. Titled "Takeover Africa," the tournament will include male and female competitions as well as several side events including a 3-point shooting contest, a slam dunk contest as well as a mad handles ball handling competition.
