Ontario Warriors News Release
An Open Letter from Eli's Mother, Marina
Orange County, CA. Little Eli, of Orange County, had his dreams fulfilled when the ABA Ontario Warriors surprised him and his guests at his 8th birthday party and helped him celebrate the event. "It meant a lot to us," his mother stated. "The players and their mascot were terrific with the children! They were very generous, helpful and kind! Everyone was having an amazing time and did not wish to leave, even when the party was over! Many guests were stating how fortunate we were to have such terrific people attend our party and others were asking how they could have the pleasure of such company! I know one thing for sure, this experience and the memory of it will be with us forever. Thank you Oliver and Brent for making the day everyone will remember. This was all made possible with the help of Oliver Binns and Brent Hagood (Ontario Warriors). Without them, none of this would have been possible. "There are true angels out there and these wonderful gentlemen are the epitome of greatness. A big thank you goes out to you from Eli, his family and his friends."
Note from Joe Newman, ABA CEO. The Ontario Warriors have had some bad press recently. We thought you might want to see the "other side" of these fine men and their wonderful players - this one day of joy for Eli makes up for a lot of the difficulties they've experienced this season. Good job Warriors. You did the ABA proud.
