A day in the life of ... a member of the MISL's Chicago Storm

HOFFMAN ESTATES, Ill. - On Tuesday, March 11, several Chicago Storm members take part in a career panel discussion at Conant High School, 700 E. Cougar Trail, in Hoffman Estates.

Athletic trainer Anton "Tony" Rill, midfielder Andy Rosenband, goalkeeper/assistant coach Jim Larkin and head coach Steve Morris are scheduled to speak in front of a couple hundred local high school students from 10 to 11:30 a.m. at the high school. Storm players and staff members discuss their background and topics such as how they got to where they are, why they chose their career and who has influenced them in this career decision.

Storm members also paint a picture of what a day in their life is like. Morris and Larkin discuss the history of the Major Indoor Soccer League, how it was formed and how it has grown to where it is today.

The Chicago Storm are members of the Major Indoor Soccer League. Storm offices are located at 5333 Prairie Stone Pkwy., in Hoffman Estates. The Storm's next match is at 7 p.m. Saturday, March 8, against La Raza de Monterrey at the Sears Centre. Before the match is the Storm's second annual Girl Scouts Kick-It with the Storm. During the first half of Saturday's match, Storm fans can participate in the annual Green Jersey Auction. And following the game, watch Duelo perform as part of the Univision Concert Series, brought to you by Comcast. Tickets start at $16.
