
Ãâ°tienne Boutet and Ian Saab suspended

BOUCHERVILLE, Tuesday, January 18, 2011 - The Quebec Major Junior Hockey League Disciplinary Prefect, Raymond Bolduc, today suspended two players.
Rimouski Océanic defenseman Ãâ°tienne Boutet is suspended for one game for a hit to the head which occurred during last Saturday ¬â¢s game versus the Drakkar.
Lewiston MAINEiacs defenseman Ian Saab is suspended for one game for a late hit following an altercation which occurred during last Sunday ¬â¢s game versus the Tigres.
The decisions were rendered after reviewing the videotapes of the incidents, gathering testimonies from the players and the organizations involved, reading the officials ¬â¢ reports and consulting the independent committee in the matter of disciplinary sanctions.
The Disciplinary Prefect will not be available for further comment.
