
7'2" tandem makes Raptors tallest team in the IBL

Chehalis, WA-The Lewis County Raptors became the tallest team in the International Basketball League with the signing of a pair of 7'2" centers. Jeff Ellis and CJ Young will be a formidable presence in the paint for the Raptors' inaugural season.
The Raptors also announced the signing of RJ Remund and John Kesting.
Ellis was a standout at Centralia Community College and Young earned an invite to the Seattle Supersonics summer camp.
Raptors Head Coach Jon Hansen-"It is exciting to have such a big frontline to work with. Obviously they are going to create problems for other teams on defense."
The Raptors open the 2007 season on the road on Friday, March 30 versus the Colorado Crossover.
