#3 Edge to Play at #2 Green Bay Saturday in IFL Playoffs

Bloomington, IL, 6/18/12 - The Bloomington Edge, presented by Heller Stores, are off to the playoffs. They Edge hold the #3 seed in the United Conference and will square off with #2 Green Bay Blizzard in the opening round. The game is scheduled for Saturday June 23 at 7 pm CT and it will be played at Brown County Arena in Green Bay, WI.
The Edge went 0-2 against Green Bay this season. On April 28 the Edge fell 69-56 at green Bay. Dusty Burk threw for 232 yards with 7 touchdown passes. Green Bay's LaRon Council rushed for 113 yards and 3 touchdowns. The following week the two played in Bloomington. The Blizzard won 34-21. Dusty Burk threw a touchdown pass and also ran one in himself.
Andre Raymond scored the other Edge touchdown on a rush. LaRon Council rushed for 79 yards in that game with no touchdowns.
