Lexington, KY-The Lexington Horsemen will be hosting the Sioux Falls Storm on Saturday night in the semi-finals of the Inaugural UIF playoffs at 7:30pm. The Horsemen have announced special $10 ticket pricing for any seat in the house, in addition all children ages 12 and under will get into the game for $5. To go along with the big game some area businesses have jumped on board to help support the Horsemen on their championship quest.
Jack Kain Ford will be sponsoring a half-time contest where several Horsemen fans will have a chance to win $25,000. In addition to Jack Kain Ford, Lexington's local Best Buy will sponsor numerous contests to help promote the launch of the EAS video game Madden 2006. Madden 2006 officially goes on sale on Tuesday and is sure to be a hot sellar. On Tuesday August 9th, several Horsemen players and Spike will be showing-off their Madden 2006 skills out at Best Buy on Nicholasville Road starting at 10am. Fans are invited to come out and see the newest version of the game while supporting the team.
Playoff tickets for the semi-final game are currently available for purchase at the Lexington Center Ticket Office at 859-233-3535. The Horsemen's pre-game Budwieser tailgate will start at 5:00pm with music and fun, followed by the gates opening up at 6:30pm.
