2014 Suns Promotional Schedule:
Friday, June 6th - Get Your Shine On (FIREWORKS): The Suns are shining bright for our third season at Wahconah Park. The first 2,000 fans will receive a 2014 magnet schedule, presented by Pittsfield Cooperative Bank. After the game, enjoy our first of SIX FIREWORKS night!
Tuesday, June 10th - School Day: Wahconah Park will open its gates early for a 10:30 AM first pitch and will welcome students around the Berkshires for our third annual School Day, sponsored by Greylock Federal Credit Union. NO ALCOHOL WILL BE SERVED AT THIS GAME.
Wednesday, June 11th - School Day: By popular demand, the Suns have added a second School Day for the 2014 season! Wahconah Park will be swarming with local school students for a second day in a row. First pitch at 10:30 AM. Sponsored by Greylock Federal Credit Union.NO ALCOHOL WILL BE SERVED AT THIS GAME.
Thursday, June 12th - Linemen Appreciation Night: Join us as we say thank you to our local linemen who kept us hooked up and connected this past winter and beyond.
Sunday, June 15th - Like Fathers, Like 'Suns': Celebrate Father's Day with the Suns and take your dad out to the ball game. Fathers, sons and daughters can take the field to participate in a pre-game catch on the field, and will be able to take a family photo on the field after the game. Pre-game catch to begin at 3:00 PM. First pitch at 4:00 PM.
Wednesday, June 18th - Awful Night: Tonight we'll be paying tribute to notably awful ideas and events in history - blunders like Prohibition, trading the great Babe Ruth, Miley's teddy bear get up or the finale to "How I Met Your Mother - Our great surprise giveaway of the season is this night - missing it would be an awful idea!
Friday, June 20th - Wax On, Wax Off (FIREWORKS): Wax on...wax off. Tonight we channel Mr. Miyagi from The Karate Kid, which was released 30 years ago this summer! Make sure you stick around after the game for another spectacular fireworks display.
Tuesday, June 24th - A Night of Champions: The Boston Red Sox stayed strong through 2013 and brought home the World Series trophy for the third time in ten years! For tonight only, Wahconah Park will host the World Series Trophy. Be sure to get here early for a chance to view the Commissioner's Trophy and get your picture taken with it. Sponsored by our friends at Commercial Distributing.
Thursday, June 26th - World Cup Night: GOOOOOLLLLL!!!!! Celebrate the 2014 FIFA World Cup at Wahconah Park with us this evening. We'll even have different beers for you to sample from some of the participating nations.
Saturday, June 28th - Playin' With the Stars: Everyone is a kid tonight as we celebrate some of the toys that have been inducted into the National Toy Hall of Fame.
Sunday, June 29th - Live 95 and 100.1 WUPE Family SUNday: Back by popular demand, enjoy a Family SUNday at Wahconah Park where you can get four tickets, four hot dogs and four (4) sodas for just $20! Tuesday, July 1st - Military Appreciation Night (Shirt Off Our Back Night): Come out for a night dedicated to current and past military personnel. We'll also be holding a silent auction, and winners will go home with the jersey right off their favorite player's back. 100% of the proceeds will go to benefit Soldier On. Show your military ID at the gate and receive a FREE general admission ticket.
Friday, July 4th - Party in the USA (FIREWORKS): Get the hottest ticket in town and celebrate Independence Day with the Suns. Make America's favorite pastime a part of your celebration and enjoy our July 4th post-game FIREWORKS extravaganza. Presented by the Pittsfield Cooperative Bank.
Sunday, July 6th - Hangover Helper Night: We all know it's been an exciting weekend but it's not over yet. We'll help make sure you are back on your feet and enjoy every last drop of the holiday weekend before the alarm rings on Monday morning.
Thursday, July 10th - Re-usable Water Bottle Giveaway: Be one of the first 1000 fans in Wahconah Park and receive a Suns reusable water bottle. Perfect for the gym, the office or home. Be green and support your team!
Saturday July 12th - TBD Night: If you were at this game last year, you went home with some awesome free stuff. Well, it's back for a second year. We can't say exactly the prizes and discounts will be, but you will not want to miss it!

Friday, July 18th - BYOF Friday (FIREWORKS): It's Be Your Own Fan Friday (BYOF) where you get to watch your ideas come to life. Let us know what you would like to see and hear around Wahconah Park and we'll do our best to make YOUR ideas happen! Stick around after the game for another great fireworks show.
Saturday, July 19th - Legends of Wahconah Park: It's our second annual Legends of Wahconah Park Night. This year we will honor the slugging first baseman Lou Gehrig. The first 500 fans to enter Wahconah Park will receive a Bobble-Horse to celebrate the life of this Iron Horse who slugged a homer here in 1924. Sponsored by our friends at Pittsfield Cooperative Bank.
Wednesday, July 23rd - Dog Days of Summer: Bring your dog to Wahconah Park tonight and celebrate National Hot Dog Day with man's best friend, a hot frank and a cold beverage. These Dog Days of Summer will be over before we know it.
Friday, July 25th - Festivus in July (FIREWORKS): Tonight we pay tribute to the classic 90's sitcom, Seinfeld, which aired across America 25 years ago this summer. Stay late and enjoy our post-game FIREWORKS, presented to you by Cohen, Kinn Valicent and Cook, LLP.
Saturday, July 26th - TMNT Night: Cowabunga, Suns fans! Some heroes are not born; they crawl out of the sewer looking for pizza. Leonardo, Raphael, Michelangelo and Donatello of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles are back and ready to battle evil this summer at Wahconah Park!
Thursday, July 31st - The Summer Classic: Softball teams from across the nation descend on Wahconah Park this evening as part of the exciting Babe Ruth World Series, taking place right here in Pittsfield! Help welcome them to the area as they take in the game and participate in the Parade of Champions prior to the game at 7:15 PM.
Sunday, August 3rd - Negro League Night (Youth Jersey Giveaway): The first 500 kids UNDER 14 to enter Wahconah Park will earn themselves a free replica Suns jersey. Sponsored by Greylock Federal Credit Union. Be sure to get here early, as they won't last long. We will also be wearing our old school Negro league uniforms as we pay tribute to the great players of yesteryear.
Wednesday, August 6th - Adult Jersey Giveaway: Tonight it's the adults' turn to look like a Sun with our adult jersey giveaway! The first 500 adults, 14 and over will receive a free Suns jersey.
