Rome, GA - The Rome Braves have announced their game times for the 2014 home schedule. All Sunday games will begin at 2 p.m. and there are six 1 p.m. games (4/16, 4/23, 5/28, 6/11, 7/16, and 9/1). The schedule will feature four 10:30 a.m. Education Day games (5/8, 5/12, 5/13, and 8/20). Gates open one hour prior to game time.
Sundays will continue to be Family Fun Day where a family of four can purchase four box seats, four hot dogs, four soft drinks, and four popcorns for just $30. Kids eat free on Mondays, Tuesdays it's two for one tickets, and Wednesday's hot dogs are just 50 cents. The popular dollar drinks continue at each Thursday home game as well as all you can eat pizza for $7.
Highlighting the 2014 promotional calendar is the Freddie Freeman bobble head giveaway on July 25th and three exciting fireworks extravaganza nights (4/12, 7/3, 8/30). Postgame concerts will include the Tams (7/26) and the Swingin' Medallions (6/21). The full promotional calendar will be released soon.
The Atlanta Braves will play an exhibition game in Rome on March 29th against the Braves future stars and the Rome Braves home opener is April 10th against Savannah. For more information please call 706-378-5100 or log onto www.romebraves.com.
