
2008 Edge National Lacrosse League Championship Game To Air Live Across Canada On The Score

The National Lacrosse League announced today that The Score will televise the 2008 Edge NLL Championship Game live across Canada on Saturday, May 17 at 7:30 p.m. ET. The league will announce details of the telecast for viewers in the US shortly.
"We are thrilled to be back on The Score for our fans in Canada", said NLL Commissioner Jim Jennings. "It's a great network, and we're pleased to air the championship game on a network that reaches across the country".
The 2008 Edge NLL Championship Game will feature the East Division champion hosting the West Division champion in a one-game, winner-take-all championship contest. Both Division Finals take place on Saturday May 10th. In the East, the Buffalo Bandits host the New York Titans at 7:30pm ET at HSBC Arena. In the West, the Calgary Roughnecks host the Portland LumberJax at 9:30pm ET at Penngrowth Saddledome. Both Division Finals can be seen live online at NLL.com. The Buffalo-New York winner will host the Calgary-Portland winner in the 2008 Edge NLL Championship Game.
