2006 first round playoff schedule revealed

BOUCHERVILLE, Monday, March 20, 2006 (QMJHL) - The Quebec Major Junior Hockey League announced today the schedule for the first round of the 2006 playoffs. The first series will begin next Thursday at Colisée Pepsi as the Foreurs battle the Remparts. All the other playoff match-ups will start the following day, on Friday, March 24.
Of note, the first two games of the Tigres vs. Wildcats series will be held in Victoriaville due to ice constraints in Moncton. Also, the Mooseheads will play their first round home games at the Halifax Forum for the same reason.
