2005 CHL Import Draft begins at 9 A.M. tomorrow
June 28, 2005 - Quebec Maritimes Junior Hockey League (QMJHL) News Release
BOUCHERVILLE, Tuesday, June 28th, 2005 (QMJHL) - The Canadian Hockey League Import Draft will be held tomorrow, Wednesday, June 29th, at 9 A.M. via telephone (ET).
All 58 CHL teams participate in this 2-round Draft, which allows the teams to select among eligible European players. Each CHL franchise is allowed to carry a maximum of 2 Europeans on its roster. Once chosen by a QMJHL, OHL or WHL club, they are eligible to attend 2005-06 training camps.
