Riders Add Former NFL Db Sheldrick Redwine

September 14, 2025 - The Saskatchewan Roughriders have signed American defensive back Sheldrick Redwine. Redwine (6'0-196) was selected by the Cleveland Browns in the fourth round, 119th overall, of the 2019 NFL Draft. Over two full seasons (2019-20) with the Browns, he played in 27 games (starting six) and made one interception. He added a second interception off the Pittsburgh Steelers' Ben Roethlisberger in the 2020 AFC Wild Card Game. The Miami native went on to spend time with the Carolina Panthers, New York... September 13, 2025 - Regina, Sask. - The Regina Pats wrapped up their 2025 pre-season schedule with a 7-3 loss to the Prince Albert Raiders on Saturday at the Art Hauser Centre. The Pats battled back from an early two-goal deficit to tie the game 2-2 early in the second period.
