July 10, 2026 - A bullpen game from the Ignite in the final game of a three-game, two-day series saw a nail-biting finish with Mia Johnson (UW-Parkside) once again delivering in the biggest moments. Mia Wolf (Drake) struck her first collegiate home run while Mia Johnson struck her 14th, best for second in the Northwoods.

Habaneros Walked off at Wausau
July 10, 2026 - WAUSAU, WIS. - The Mankato Habaneros fell 11-10 to the Wausau Ignite on Friday night after the Ignite scored two runs in the bottom of the eighth for a walk-off win.
The Habaneros jumped out to a 5-0 lead through three innings before Wausau answered with six runs in the second. Mankato responded with four runs over the fourth and fifth innings to take a 9-6 lead.

Moreno and Smith Homer in Madison Night Mares' Comeback Win
July 10, 2026 - Madison, WI - The Madison Night Mares (24-2) erased a four-run deficit with a late comeback to defeat the La Crosse Steam (10-15) on Friday night at Warner Park.
La Crosse struck first with a big opening inning. Makayla Etling (UNC-Pembroke) launched a three-run home run to put the Steam ahead 3-0, and Grace Frechette (St. Cloud State University) followed later in the inning with a solo shot to extend the lead to 4-0.

Drew Dambreville Departs Seattle Seawolves as Chief Operating Officer
July 10, 2026 - Drew Dambreville, Chief Operating Officer of the Seattle Seawolves, has announced his departure from the organization after two seasons with the club. Dambreville joined the Seawolves in 2024 and is stepping down to pursue new opportunities following a tenure focused on match day experience, community engagement and expanding partnerships across the region.
