July 25, 2010 - KALAMAZOO - After a four week evaluation period, Interim Field Manager Matt Maloney and Interim Pitching Coach Tyler Herron have had their interim tags removed and will finish the season as official Field Manager and Pitching Coach. July 6, 2010 - KALAMAZOO - Frontier League All Star teams were announced on Monday and Kings' outfielder Matt Maloney was named a starter on the East Division team for the July 14th game in Marion, IL. Maloney leads the team in most offensive statistics, including batting average, slugging percentage, doubles, home runs, hits and is tied for the team lead in RBI. July 1, 2010 - KALAMAZOO - After a disappointing start to the 2010 season, the Kalamazoo Kings relieved the coaching staff from their positions on Wednesday and elevated player/coach Matt Maloney to interim player/manager.
