Surge Hockey Operations to Suspend Indefinitely

May 2, 2014 - After five years on the gulf coast, the Mississippi Surge will indefinitely suspend hockey operations effective today. The decision comes after several weeks of searching for alternative options with hopes of keeping hockey in South Mississippi. "We have done everything we can to keep hockey here."
