EL SEGUNDO - The Los Angeles Lakers have assigned center Ivica Zubac to the Los Angeles D-Fenders for the 11th time this season, it was announced today.
In 13 NBA D-League contests this year, he has averaged 15.6 points, 9.6 rebounds and 1.0 block in 29.8 minutes per game. The rookie has recorded five double-doubles with the D-Fenders.
Zubac is expected to be in action tonight when the team hosts the Reno Bighorns at 7:30 p.m. at the Toyota Sports Center.
