"It feels great," Valor defensive back Fredrick Obi said postgame. "This got us a little extra momentum going into the playoffs. You never want to let up. COMMUNITY SPOTLIGHT

Valor players visit Medstar Georgetown University Hospital through "Hope for Henry"

On July 15, the Washington Valor and Monumental Sports & Entertainment Foundation teamed up with Hope for Henry to visit children at MedStar Georgetown University Hospital. Washington Valor defensive back Oshay Dunmore and wide receiver Phillip Barnett went room to room with Hope for Henry's Super Duper Fun Cart and treated the kids to Valor-themed swag courtesy of Hope for Henry and cupcakes donated by Georgetown Cupcake. They also spent time taking pictures with and talking to the children and their parents.

"Even if it's just one moment we can give these kids to remember and just have some peace or some happiness, it's good to be out here," said Dunmore. "Anytime you have an opportunity to give back, you've got to take advantage of it."
