TAMPA, Fla. - Vicente Conde hit a walk-off grand slam and the Tampa Yankees (4-2, 46-29) completed a three-game sweep of the Brevard County Manatees (0-6, 23-51) with a 5-2 win on Tuesday night at George M. Steinbrenner Field.

The Yankees struck first against Manatee starter Jon Perrin in the third. Conde, Wes Wilson and Devyn Bolasky hit three-straight singles, loading the bases. Jorge Mateo hit a ground ball into the hole at shortstop and Jose Cuas made a diving stop. A throw to third retired Wilson while Conde scored, giving Tampa a 1-0 lead.

Brevard County answered against James Reeves in the fourth. Dustin DeMuth doubled to left and later scored on a single by Clint Coulter, tying the game at 1-1.

Perrin held Tampa to one run on eight hits in five innings of a no-decision. The righty walked one, struck out four and threw 63 of 90 pitches for strikes.

In the sixth, DeMuth broke his bat on a two-out, infield single. A shard appeared to clip Reeves on the left hand and Gabriel Encinas entered in relief. Elvis Rubio hit a ground-rule double to left, placing runners at second and third. A wild pitch by Encinas allowed DeMuth to score, giving the Manatees a 2-1 lead.

Reeves allowed two earned runs on three hits in five and two-third innings of a no-decision. The southpaw tied a season-high with seven strikeouts. Reeves issued a walk, a hit-batter and threw 53 of 84 pitches for strikes.

Encinas (W, 2-3) tossed three and a third innings of relief. The right-hander allowed a hit and three walks while striking out a pair.

RHP Kender Villegas retired nine of 10 batters faced in three scoreless relief innings for Brevard County, allowing a single and striking out three while facing the minimum.

RHP Jon Olczak (BS, 1)(L, 0-2) entered in the ninth to save the game for the Manatees.

Abiatal Avelino greeted the closer with an infield single to shortstop. Zack Zehner blooped a base hit into shallow right field and a wild throw to second by Coulter allowed the runners to advance. Olczak intentionally walked Jake Skole, loading the bases with no outs. Conde provided his heroic swing on an 0-2 pitch.

Tampa tallied 12 hits. Conde (2-for-4, GS, 4RBI, 2R) recorded his third-straight multi-hit game and hit his first home run. Avelino (3-for-4, R) and Bolasky (2-for-4) also had multi-hit games. Thairo Estrada (1-for-2) replaced Mateo in the fifth and extended his hitting streak to seven games. Austin Aune (1-for-4) extended his hitting streak to eight games.

The T-Yanks finish an eight-game home stand with a pair of games against the Lakeland Flying Tigers. LHP Ian Clarkin (5-6, 3.29 ERA) will start the first game for Tampa against LHP Matt Hall (1-0, 6.75 ERA) for Lakeland on Wednesday at 7:00 p.m.
