SIOUX FALLS, SD - The Sioux Falls Storm Indoor Football Team announced on Friday afternoon that All-IFL Wide Receiver Kentrez Bell has signed a contract for the 2024 Indoor Football League Season.

Bell was the only IFL wideout to eclipse 1,000 receiving yards during the regular season and finished the year with 24 touchdowns. Bell also finished the season with a league-best 72.8 receiving yards per game.

The Kansas City, MO native recorded at least one touchdown in 13 of 15 games last season with the San Diego Strikeforce and posted seven games with multiple touchdowns scored. His best performance of the season took place on May 21st in San Diego's home contest against the Duke City Gladiators, hauling in six catches for 105 yards and four touchdowns.

"Kentrez is a dynamic playmaker who's shown the ability to be consistent," said Head Coach Andre Fields. "You don't lead the league in all three major receiving categories without having a "won't be denied kind of attitude. Bell brings that to the table and we can't wait to get him in a Storm uniform".

Bell enters his fourth IFL season, previously playing two years with the Iowa Barnstormers (2021-2022). Bell joined the Barnstormers for his rookie season in 2021 where he hauled in 13 receptions for 186 yards and two TD's over five games. During his sophomore season, Bell recorded a team-best 32 catches for 455 yards and 15 touchdowns.

He began his career at the University of Nebraska Kearney before transferring to Northwestern Oklahoma State University. Bell played three seasons as a Ranger appearing in 27 games and collected 63 receptions for 1,006 yards and ten touchdowns.

The combination of Bell and current Storm Wide Receiver Donnie Corley Jr. gives Sioux Falls one of the most dangerous combinations in the league. The two receivers totaled 45 total touchdowns and just under 2,000 total receiving yards against IFL opponents during the 2023 season.

The Sioux Falls Storm season begins March 22nd on the road against the Quad City Steamwheelers before opening the 2024 home schedule on Sunday, April 14th at 3:05 PM CT against the Tulsa Oilers.

Season tickets are available now, with single game tickets going on sale February 2nd at 10:00 AM CT. Call the Storm ticket office at (605)838-9009 or visit the team website at siouxfallsstorm.com for more information.
