The Floyd Medical Center, Rome Ford Lincoln Mercury, Georgia Power, Coosa Valley Technical College and the Cox, Byington, Corwin, Niedrach and Durham law firm will once again become a major corporate partners with the Rome Renegades for the 2007 World Indoor Football League season.
Georgia Power's Curtis Hart said he views the corporate partnership with Rome's professional indoor football team as an economic development tool. When the utility assists the city of Rome and Floyd County with the recruitment of new industry, it's certainly a plus to be able to tell a major employer that there are a variety of amenities for their employees, including fast paced, exciting, and championship professional indoor football.
Other corporate partners who have come on board for the 2007 season include Chil Fil A Dwarf House, Western Sizzlin, and Backyard Bar B Q. Members of the 2007 Renegade roster will enjoy meals at the restaurants and others who are expected to join become corporate partners with the Renegades.
The Renegades are continuing their summer season ticket discount package through September 8th. Anyone purchasing season tickets through the 8th of September will enjoy a 10% discount. $5 end zone bleacher season tickets are on sale for $31.50. $10 upper level seats are on sale for $63. The $15 upper level mid field season tickets are being offered for $95 and the premium lower level $20 seats are available for $126. The Renegades will play a seven game home schedule, expected to be announced early in October. The Renegade Store will be adding new merchandise to the shop in downtown Rome though the fall and the development of three levels of fan clubs, including 'The Silver and Black', 'The Ninth Man' and 'Richie's Rookies' will also be unveiled in coming weeks. Development of an exciting new interactive web site is also underway and should be on line within a couple of weeks.
