Philadelphia, July 30 -Mayor Nutter would like to congratulate the Philadelphia Soul on their Arena Football League championship.
"It's great to have a championship team in Philadelphia again," said Mayor Nutter. "The players, coaches, staff, fans, and families of the Soul all deserve a big congratulation for their dedication and hard work."
The public is invited to a celebration outside City Hall tomorrow at 3pm. The Mayor has a prior engagement and will not be able to attend
