
Marshals Heading to League Meetings

The Marshals News Release
Cincinnati Marshals' ownership is heading to the NIFL meetings this weekend in Palm Beach, Florida. Marshals owner/general manager Doug Hortman, and the remainder of the Marshals' staff are looking forward to what the NIFL has to offer for the 2007 season.
The Marshals' rival, the River City Rage, will not be on the schedule for the 2007 season do to a move from the NIFL to the UIF. Rage owner Tye Elliot, quoted on oursportscentral.com says that the move is "extremely positive for Rage players, coaches, and fans."
The Marshals are looking forward to meeting all of the new expansion teams in the NIFL this season. All of the teams in the Atlantic Conference North Division, other than the Marshals, either did not finish the 2006 season or have left the NIFL.

The Marshals continue to work towards their goal of bringing a football championship to Cincinnati and are currently taking resumes for interns, coaches, and game day staff for the 2007 season. Tryout information for the 2007 season for the Marshals and the Diamond Deputies Dance Team will be available soon.
