Gladiators Fall To Rattlers 41-20

Las Vegas- The Las Vegas Gladiators suffered a disappointing 41-20 loss to the Arizona Rattlers in front of 4,736 at the Orleans Arena, Sunday June 3rd. Offensive Player of the Game Sherdrick Bonner threw for 243 yards and five touchdowns leading the Rattlers to their fourth victory of the season. The Gladiators fell to down by as many as 14 going into the half and were unable to recover.
Gladiators QB Nick Rolovich finished the game 18-38 for 182 yards and three touchdowns, while tossing one interception. Travis LaTendresse led the Gladiators offensively with 5 catches for 76 yards and two touchdowns. Thabiti Davis had eight catches for 76 yards, but did not see the endzone.
The Rattlers were led by WR Jermiah Pope who had 10 catches for 115 yards and four touchdowns. Defensively, the Rattlers were led by lineman Wendall Gaines, who earned Defensive Player of the Game honors, with two forced fumbles and two sacks and defensive back Art Smith, who had the only interception of the game.
