COLUMBUS - The Columbus Destroyers, presented by GermainCars.com, announced their practice schedule for the week of May 6th. Head coach Matthew Sauk and players can be made available for media requests throughout the week as the team prepares for their week three matchup with the Baltimore Brigade.
Below is the team's practice for the week:

Monday, May 6th: OFF: (Film day)
Tuesday, May 7th: 10:55am-1:30pm
Wednesday, May 8th: 10:55am-1:30pm
Thursday May 9th: TRAVEL DAY (Walkthrough at Royal Farms Arena in Baltimore)
Friday, May 10th: Game: @ Baltimore - 7:00pm (TV: The CW; Radio: CD102.5 FM; Stream: ESPN3)
Saturday, May 11th: OFF: TRAVEL DAY
Sunday, May 12th: OFF

The team is coming off a narrow 42-35 loss on the road in Atlantic City against the Blackjacks on Saturday afternoon. In that game, rookie quarterback Grant Russell completed 21 of 36 passes for 211 yards and five touchdowns in his first career start. Wide receiver Fabian Guerra caught five passes for 44 yards and three touchdowns in his AFL rookie debut, while wide receiver Jenson Stoshak led the team with eight receptions for 76 yards and a score
On defense, defensive back LaRico Stevenson led the team in tackles with seven while also forcing a fumble. Defensive back Varmah Sonie collected four tackles and had up a key pass break-up that forced a turnover on downs.
As a reminder, the Destroyers home opener is just under two weeks away! The team will host the Albany Empire on Saturday, May 18th at 7:00 pm at Nationwide Arena.
