Colorado Ice Announce New CEO and Co-Owner

Fort Collins, CO - The Colorado Ice Indoor Football Team welcomes Art Clarkson as its new Chief Executive Officer and Co-Owner. Tom Wigley made this change on Friday, August 15th and will be holding a press conference with Art once he has settled in the community.
Mr. & Mrs. Wigley extend their thanks to Collins Sanders for his guidance and dedication during his years with the Colorado Ice and wish him well in his future endeavors.
In making this change, Art Clarkson will be working closely with staff members and players, in order to make a quick and seamless transition.
Mr. Clarkson has over 40 years of experience in the sports business and was most recently the COO of the Green Bay Blizzard.
Mr. Clarkson had the following to say about coming to the Ice, "I am very happy to stay in the IFL, the premier indoor football league in the country, and to join this outstanding football team. I am really excited to continue assisting the Ice to remain one of the best franchises in the league. My goal is to help the Wigley's insure the long range future, not only on the field, but to do this off the field and in the community as well. PASSION, COMMUNITY, COLORADO! GO ICE!"
When asked for comment, Tom Wigley said "Patty and I are absolutely thrilled Art Clarkson has chosen to be with the Colorado Ice. He will be a great asset to the organization and we look forward to continue bringing Northern Colorado the very best professional indoor football team that we can."
