Flash Promo Schedule Announced

Elma, N.Y. (Friday, March 13, 2015) - The Western New York Flash has announced all game themes and promotions for the upcoming 2015 National Women's Soccer League season. The Flash will host 10 games during the regular season, as the team is again calling Rochester's Sahlen's Stadium home.
After beginning the 2015 season with games against Seattle (April 12) and Portland (April 18) on the road, Western New York opens its home campaign on Saturday, May 2 when it hosts the Boston Breakers at 7 p.m.
Highlights of the promotional schedule include the popular "Race Game" presented by Watkins Glen International and the Fifth-Annual "Pink Game" to raise money for breast cancer awareness.
New events include "Kids' Night", which will feature a number of family-friendly activities around the Stadium and a birthday celebration for the Flash mascot, Striker, as well as "3, 2, 1 Night" where fans can take advantage of $3 general admission tickets, and select $2 draft beers and $1 hot dogs from the Sahlen's stand during pregame.
All Friday games will include $1 Sahlen's hot dogs and a live band during pregame for all 10 home games (weather permitting). All games will also feature a gate giveaway, ticket promotion or limited-edition retail item.
This season, the Flash is offering two Mini Pack options that include marquee matchups and promotions. The "Big Ticket" pack includes a ticket to the May 2, July 3, July 25 and August 29 games while the "Flash Friday" pack includes one ticket to each Friday home game (May 8, July 3, September 4).
Fans can purchase season ticket, Mini and Flex-8 packages by visiting wnyflash.com or calling the Flash at (716) 655-PLAY. Group tickets are also available by calling the Flash or Sahlen's Stadium Box Office at (585) 454-KICK. Individual tickets go on sale on March 30.

Race Game
June 6 vs. Chicago Red Stars
We're shifting into overdrive at this year's annual Race Game presented by Watkins Glen International! The Flash will wear specialty Sahlen's Six Hours of the Glen jerseys, which will be raffled off with all proceeds going to Golisano Children's Hospital. All jersey winners will also receive a gift card to Pole Position Raceway in Rochester! At halftime, 50 fans will be able to participate in an on-field WGI contest to win prizes.
Hometown Heroes Night
July 3 vs. Seattle Reign FC
Kickoff the Fourth of July weekend with our Hometown Heroes Night and join us in honoring current and former military members as well as first responders. Plus, current/former military members and first responders receive $5 off tickets with valid ID (Available in-person at Sahlen's Stadium Box Office only). Plus, get $1 hot dogs from the Sahlen's stand during pregame!
Pride Night

Celebrate Rochester Pride Weekend at our Second-Annual Pride Night! Stop and see us at the Rochester Pride Festival on Saturday then keep the celebration going at our game on Sunday!

Pink Game for Breast Cancer Awareness
August 29 vs. Chicago Red Stars
One of our biggest events of the season, the Flash is hosting its fifth-straight Pink Game for breast cancer awareness. The team will wear limited-edition pink jerseys which will be autographed and raffled off, with the winner getting to take a picture with the player. Plus, each player designed a "favorite things" basket that is raffled along with donations from local organization and professional sports teams! The Flash have raised nearly $20,000 over the last two seasons and want your help to make this our most-successful Pink Game to date!
Back to School Night
September 4 vs. Portland Thorns FC
Wrap up the regular-season and celebrate the end of the summer at Back to School Night. Before heading back to school, join us in welcoming former Flash stars Alex Morgan and Christine Sinclair with Portland Thorns FC. Fans will also receive a special school-related gate giveaway from the Flash! Plus, get $1 hot dogs from the Sahlen's stand during pregame!
