
Stampede Weekly Update: Herd Look to Extend Home Winning Streak this Weekend

Sioux Falls Stampede News Release
The Sioux Falls Stampede (7-3-0) close out their five-game homestand this weekend when they host Fargo and Chicago at the Sioux Falls Arena. The Stampede will be looking to stay perfect at home. They are off to a 6-0-0 start on home ice, their best start since the 2010-11 season when they also started 7-3-0.
Fargo enters the week with a 4-4-2 mark while Chicago is 7-2-1.
Skriving's Hat Trick leads Stampede to sweep
The Stampede improved to 6-0-0 at home with wins over Sioux City and Tri-City last weekend. Todd Skirving scored the eventual game winning goal midway through the third period on Friday against the Musketeers and then recorded a hat trick in a 5-2 victory over Tri-City on Saturday.
Dennis Kravchenko also had a big weekend, recording two goals and three assists to help lead the Herd to victories.

Inside Stampede Hockey will broadcast live from the West Avenue Buffalo Wild Wings tonight from 5-6 PM! It is the first of six shows that will broadcast live from the West Avenue Wild Wings location.
Stop by and watch the show as Jim Olander talks with Stampede head coach Cary Eades, Stampede CEO Tom Garrity and several Stampede players! This is your chance to meet the coach and the players up close and personal!

CapitalOne Night this Friday
This Friday is CapitalOne Night with the Stampede!
Fans who stop by their employment information table during the game can register for a chance to win a team signed replica Stampede jersey or a team signed hockey stick!
In addition, the first 25 people that stop by table will receive Four ticket to the 2013 Pheasants baseball home opener along with four free hot dogs and sodas for that game!
Stampede commemorative puck giveaway on Saturday
The first 1,000 fans through the doors this Saturday when the Herd host Chicago will receive a FREE commemorative Stampede puck! The puck is uniquely designed to be signed by your favorite player and displayed in your home or office!
Make plans to arrive early to assure yourself a puck. Doors open at 6:15 and the drop of the puck is scheduled for 7:05 PM.

Mark your calendars for next Saturday, November 10th and "Pink in the Rink Night," presented by Avera. This is a game you won't want to miss! The Stampede and Avera are teaming up for a special Breast Cancer awareness night. The first 1,000 fans through the doors will receive a FREE Stampede cowbell, courtesy of Avera!
The Stampede players will be wearing special PINK jerseys that fans can win through a special raffle drawing! The highlight of the night will be on the ice, literally! For the first time ever, the Sioux Falls Arena ice will be PINK!
