Toronto - For those searching for a mid-summer lacrosse fix, look no further than ESPN Classic Canada on Monday afternoon at 2pm when the channel will air the 2011 NLL Championship Game between the Toronto Rock and the Washington Stealth.The game was without a doubt a classic as the Rock captured their record-tying sixth NLL title with a narrow 8-7 win over the Stealth. It also marked the final game in the historic career of NLL Hall of Fame goaltender Bob Watson who was named the Championship Game MVP.
The game will be replayed on Tuesday, August 7th at 4am. Also this month on ESPN Classic Canada, Rock fans can enjoy the 2011 NLL East Division Final which featured Toronto traveling down to Buffalo to defeat the Bandits. That game will air Friday, August 24th at 10pm and again on Saturday, August 25th at 4am.
ESPN Classic Canada can be found on channel 417 on Rogers, channel 409 on Bell ExpressVu and channel 161 on Cogeco.
