The Mavericks have now won six of the seven series against the Storm and have won by shout out just four times where the Storm have fallen by shutout for the sixth time this season.

In the third, it was Jones again setting up in scoring position hitting a leadoff double to centerfield. He would advance to third on an infield groundout by Jack Marder and would score off a passed ball to double the Mavs lead.

Storm starter Matt Lollis went five innings allowing two runs on four hits and struck out three when facing 17 batters.
