
Trenton Titans Submit Season-Ending Roster

TRENTON, N.J. - The Trenton Titans Hockey Team announced today its season-ending roster for the 2011-2012 hockey season.
The season-ending roster includes: Dustin Cameron, Chase Langeraap, Dave Caruso, Drew Akins, Adam Presizniuk, Mitch Versteeg, Corey Syvret, Steve Silva, Scott Fletcher, Matt Germain, Ryan Hayes, Ryan Grimshaw, Mark Armstrong, Randy Rowe, Ray DiLauro, Jeff Buvinow, Derrick Pallis, Chris Poli, Denny Kearney, Chris Berenguer, Andy Thomas, Eric Baier, Rob Bordson, Tim Spencer, Ryan Ginand, Jeff Lerg, Doug Rogers.
Teams are allowed to protect as many players as they wish provided the players protected meet the guidelines as defined in the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the ECHL and the Professional Hockey Players' Association which states that Member teams shall retain the rights to each player who: (i) signed a Standard Players Contract in 2011-12 with the Member, and has not been traded or released, OR (ii) signed a Standard Players Contract in 2011-12, and was recalled to the NHL/AHL or IIHF team, and has not been traded or released, OR (iii) had received a Qualifying Offer last summer for the current season, DID NOT sign an SPC, and has not been traded or released, OR (iv) has been suspended by the Member or League, and has not been traded or released, OR (v) signed a Standard Players Contract on or after the first day of the 2011-12 regular season, then subsequently signed an NHL/AHL contract, and has not been traded or released, OR (vi) has executed the ECHL Retirement Form, and has not been traded or released. Protected lists may exceed 20 players.
The ECHL also announced that teams must complete all Future Consideration trades by 3 p.m. ET on June 13 and that teams must submit their Season-Ending Roster by 3 p.m. ET on June 15. Season-ending rosters may include up to 20 players and cannot include any players who did not sign an ECHL contract in 2011-12.
The Titans Join the Nation campaign is underway focusing on the long standing history of close knit fans and partners of the Trenton Titans. The Nation campaign will feature a number of events and ticket packages focused on building Titan's Nation including Nation tour stops, ticket holder functions, on-line contests, promotional appearances to name a few. The Trenton Titans returned in the 2011-12 hockey season after a five year hiatus and boasted a 26.1% increase over the previous year, the largest of any team in the 20-team ECHL.
